Hi everyone,

Can anyone recommend a proven and reputable real estate agent in Sacramento who works regularly with investors and understands investor needs? Someone who ideally owns some investment properties themselves and understands cash flow and what matters to investors.

I am looking at buying 1-4 unit, or 5+ unit residential building (non-owner occupied) as an investment property.

Your help is much appreciated.

With gratitude,

Adam

@Peter Schuyler Thanks Peter, if you don't mind me asking, if you are happy with your realtor contact in Dallas and she helped you find and close your duplex in Dec. why are you looking for a new one?

@Matt M. I am flexible on the type of property, and I'm flexible on the budget as well. My primary concern is getting the property to cash flow from day one. I can't do that here in the Bay Area. Ideally, I'd like to buy a multi-unit property, but if that's not possible and a SFR gets me positive cash flow, I'm totally fine with going with a SFR.
