William, there are some great replies on here. First, you want to figure out what your goals are, that will help determine what decision to make. Again, there are many different routes you can take. As for the Zillow estimate, don't hold your breath. It's a range using only a few factors. I can help determine a value, and create a plan if you need. Let me know. Adam

Jeremy, Welcome back to Fayetteville! I would say now is a great time. VA appraisers were a little behind but now they seem to be caught up. Here are my two recommendations: 1)Find a good agent 2)Find a good lender Note:finding a good agent first can knock out 2 birds with 1 stone as they will have lenders they trust and work with.
