Hey BP fam!

I had been researching more affordable prospective cities outside mine (California).

Using the lessons I learned on Steve Rozenberg’s video, I’ve settle on Pittsburgh, PA and it’s surrounding proximity. The numbers work out, not amazing, but safe enough to be a starting point for this whole journey.

Any thoughts or experiences you’ve all had living, investing here that you think would be helpful for me to know?
