I found a vacant property and got in contact with who I thought was the owner. She informed me that she indeed was not hte owner and gave me alot of info. She told me that property is owned by Bank of America and that the tenants have been gone for over a year. What do I do in this situation? Do I contact BofA? I know banks don't mess around with assignments, so what do I do?

Ok so, I have my direct mail set up and everything ready to go but the only thing holding me up is the fact that I cant find a source to get solid contracts to start wholesaling does anyone have any suggestions?

Ok so I've saved up a substantial amount of money to start wholesaling. What I would love to gain some insight as to how I should begin. What type of list should I go after? How much should I put into marketing? Where do I get the best contracts? I've been researching wholesaling for about a year now and would love some advice on how to get started.

PS I'm sure everybody would like to know how much I actually saved up to better assess what I should do. I saved up 7000
