I am looking for a experienced rental property investor in the southern Indiana area that wouldn't mind mentoring someone just jetting started as a real estate investor. In exchange for your advice and wisdom I am willing to trade my labor. I am very handy and have most of my own tool to do basic handyman work and yard work. I am new to investment real estate, as a matter of fact my wife and I are in the process of locating our first rental. I am 33 years old father of two and hope to connect with some knowledgeable people on here and learn as much as possible. Any advice is welcome. Thank you!
