Hey guys just  creating some dialogue but if you were going to buy and hold in a new market what would be some great questions to vet a property management company?  looking to line up some possible property management companies in Milwaukee to work with in the near future.

Thanks

As someone who started buying with buy and holds back in 2005 and didn’t start wholesaling until 2013 I believe wholesalers who operate in integrity and with character bring a lot of value to sellers and buyers in the market.

however Having the resources to be able to close  on deals and then if we want wholesale them has been invaluable to our business.

Sounds like you need new property management.

Might want to investigate where you think the trash is coming from maybe there is a school nearby and the kids are walking past and just throwing trash down but I would invest in another trash can or just might have to come a little more regularly to pick up the trash so there is no complaints from the neighbors.  Good luck

@Logan Stone

you can get your real estate license? You can get your mortgage license and become an mlo or rmlo? But good luck in whatever route you decide to take.
