No. These are self service machines located in a parking lot of a supermarket or shopping center.

Does anyone have experience in owning ice machines. I'm talking about something from Twice the Ice, Watermill Express or something similar. It seems like a good opportunity. The initial cost seem low compared to other businesses. Routine maintenance doesn't seem difficult. And I could set my own schedule. I'm looking to have some in the New Mexico or Texas area. Any advice would be appreciated.

@Evan Polaski between 4-10 units for 500-700k. I'm selling several condos in Corpus Christi and I'm looking to do a 1031 with the proceeds of that sale.

I am looking to invest in a new area. I bought several rental units in Tallahassee FL this year and I like that market. It is a state capital with a large college student population. I was wondering if similar cities would work. State capitals with around 40k college students. The cities below fit that criteria. It's kind of a long list but I think its a good starting point. Is that a good strategy? What are you're opinions of these cities? Anyone work in these cities. I don't have any contacts in any of these cities.

Baton Rouge, LA

Raleigh, NC

Columbia, SC

Columbus, OH

Nashville, TN

Salt Lake City, UT

Richmond, VA

Madison, WI

Atlanta, GA

Lincoln, NE

Denver, CO

Phoenix, AZ

Indianapolis, IN

St. Paul, MN

Austin, TX

I would. I am just looking at all my options.

I own several condos in Corpus Christi. I am looking into selling them. I would prefer to sell all of them in one package. This is my first time trying to sell to investors. I'm usually a buyer from another investor or a wholesaler. What is the best way to find a investor buyers or realtor's with a focus on investor properties?

I had a similar situation a few months ago in Albuquerque. So I decided to look in other markets. I bought a property in Tallahassee Florida.

I am purchasing a 24 unit property in Tallahassee. It is currently being inspected. I will probably need to get some repairs done before I can purchase it. Such as repairs to get it insured. Can anyone recommend a general contractor in the Tallahassee area that can work on a multifamily property?

I am purchasing a multifamily property in Tallahassee. Can anyone recommend an insurance company that covers that area?

Can anyone recommend a commercial real estate inspector in the Tallahassee area? I'm in the process of purchasing a townhouse complex and need an inspection done. Thanks.
