Hello

I'm about to launch my first campaign and wanted to see if there any tips on how to clean up my list if there is a need to. I'm confident of my criterias as recommended multiple times on the forums . What is important to look out for in a list? Its about 2-3k names , i know i shouldn't spend too much time on it as it is long but what should i look out for for the sake of cleaning it up and making sure its efficient.

@Joe Homs Thanks Joe. I will save your info

@Guy Olds Thanks Guy you always have been there to help when i post questions regarding probates.  Good points, i will be targeting absentee and probates.

Your point "would you be willing to drive out 1+ hour to make $5-$10k?"  is an eye opener however, how solid the lead needs to be for me to drive? i guess by then i have to have qualified the prospect  before driving out correct?

I'm working on my first campaign and contemplating how far out of my area do i want to go . I'm in orange county and had some San Diego and far Los Angeles probate leads. I guess i need to know if targeting far cities will require too much driving thus i should concentrate on a smaller circle around me ?

@Guy Olds Guy Thanks for the extensive and valuable information, that is extremely helpful.

About 40 percent of the leads i got have phone number which is great .

Do you recommend checking each line ? I was thinking hiring an overseas virtual assistant to check for relatively cheap.
