1. I currently an employee for a housing authority in the Maryland region. I really want to take a plunge in the information of landlord and contact information to build a buyers list and go from there. I am still nervous thinking that it may be a "conflict of interests". Is this true at all?
2. I am interested in having a business name and I have one already in mind. Now As a rookie should I go and create a LLC or should I use a sole proprietorship? One of the things that freaks me out is that I don't want people to know my home address for my deals. In maryland we cannot use a PO Box as the address.
3. I've noticed hand written direct mail is a great way to go. On average how many mailings should I send out a week or a month?
4. Is wholesaling only meant for residential? Can one even pull off deals in commercial wholesaling?
These are the questions I have for now. As I go along in learning this game and getting deals and contracts I'll post more questions.
