Post: Elon NC Airbnb - Cleaner advice

Hi everyone. I'll be managing a 2 bed, 1 bath 800 sq ft STR for a real estate investor in Elon, NC once the flip is complete at the end of the November. I'm having a hard time finding a reliable cleaner in the area. So far I've reached out to other Airbnb and VRBO hosts to ask if they're willing to share their contact and nothing has come of it.

I also briefly looked into Turnoverbnb which looks like it would ensure the property will be cleaned as needed with different people that bid on a clean? I guess my concern with this is - is it reliable? do they handle restocking of products? and then bids came in at like $70-$80 per clean and I thought that seemed high for such a small property.

Does anyone have any positive/negative feedback they can share about Turnoverbnb? Or (long shot) does anyone have any cleaner contacts in the Greensboro/Elon, NC area they'd be willing to share?

Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $225,000
Cash invested: $13,000

Flip & House Hack. Currently living in the property with two roommates covering PITI payments.

Found this 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome through a realtor on Zillow. Leveraged someone from my family to put in a cash offer. After closing, I put in new kitchen appliances, new cabinets, countertops, replaced upstairs carpeting with LVP, and did some work in the crawl space. After renovations, I purchased the house with a conventional loan back from the cash offer individual with 3% down. I've been living in it since and renting out the two remaining rooms. Plan to keep it as a long-term rental and will most likely keep it as rent by the room if I move out since the area is convenient to RTP and Duke University for young professionals/students.

Monthly payments for mortgage & HOA
: ~$1400
Monthly rent received:
$700/room so $1400 plus split utilities

Looking for comments on house hacking in a town home with long term goal of holding for appreciation and renting out full time in a couple years. I'm a first time home buyer so it'd be a good fit with not having the responsibility of a roof or outside maintenance. Eyeing a ~220k 3BR 2.5BA to rent out the other two rooms at 550/mo. I'm a young professional that would be seeking other young professionals but one of the bedrooms is 9.5x9.5 and there are only two designated parking spots with visitor spots nearby. HOA is $91/mo. I'd be okay with having to pay a little rent/utilities myself ~200/mo. So the lack of parking and small bedroom are both concerns. Anyone have experience with anything similar? Thoughts? Struggles/successes?

I am 22 years old, a recent college graduate, and I live with my parents free from the big expenses of rent and groceries. I want to get started in real estate by house-hacking. I have no debt, I’m just funneling my paycheck into savings/mutual funds and I’m pre-approved. I don’t know whether or not I will still be in the Raleigh area in a year from now due to quick promotions offered in my line of work. I want to start real estate investing right away and have $25k ready for a down payment. Should I house hack now with the possibility of having to relocate in 6-12 months and losing my almost expense free lifestyle and ability to save 80% OR buy now, house-hack, furnish a house from scratch, and then start saving up for another down payment to house hack again in a potential new location with an unpredictable timeline. THOUGHTS???
