Hi Jairo! I'm also new to wholsaling. I'm from Nebraska but recently moved to Illinois. Apparently in Illinois, you're only allowed to legally do one wholesale deal a year unless you have your realtors license. So I'm thinking of virtually wholsaling in Nebraska. Is it legal to wholsale there without having a realtors license? Can't seem to find a definite answer on this.

I'm somewhat of a newbie in wholesaling and trying to learn the ropes of the business. I'm from Nebraska but  I recently moved to Illinois a couple of months ago. I just learned that you are only legally allowed to do 1 wholesale deal a year in the state of IL if you do not have your realtors license. I came across virtually wholesaling and thought to give it a shot. Does anyone know if wholesaling in NE is legal without having a realtors license? I can't seem to find a definite answer somewhere. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
