As far as I know, I'm only aware of the basics and feel as if I need more in depth information on or even some guidance on wholesaling. I want to ensure I do things right and have someone experienced guide me in the right direction to be sure I do things right. Please reach out to me and let me know!

Hi Jairo! I'm also new to wholsaling. I'm from Nebraska but recently moved to Illinois. Apparently in Illinois, you're only allowed to legally do one wholesale deal a year unless you have your realtors license. So I'm thinking of virtually wholsaling in Nebraska. Is it legal to wholsale there without having a realtors license? Can't seem to find a definite answer on this.
