I do not want to name the company who is managing my properties located on W Seneca turnpike and Loomis Avenue, respectively, until I find another property management company.

Being that I am out of state, I need a full service property management company to take care of my properties located on W Seneca Turnpike and Loomis Avenue.

Biggest problem is that owners disbursement would go out by the middle of the month acording to their wrbsite.  However I always have to call and do not receive it until the first or second week of the following month.  Also my phone calls are not being returned.  If I am lucky, I will get emailed a few days later.

Right now I have Deborah Williams of Iam4success for my property manager in Memphis and so far she has been very good.

Syracuse was one of my first out of state properties which I invested in.  Since then, I have been investing in Memphis because my other properties in New York are just as challenging primarily because of the property managers.

Looking for a property manager who can manage my 2 duplexes with the following:

Owners portal

Direct deposit 

Good maintenance and accounting team

Willing to send monthly statement and copies of invoices.

Reliable and dependable

Someone willing to return phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

Willing and able to work with section 8 and county offices.

Send out owners disbursement in a timely manner consistently every month.

Can anyone recommend a good dependable company to manage two duplexes in Syracuse New York?
