Can anyone recommend a good dependable company to manage two duplexes in Syracuse New York?

Biggest problem is that owners disbursement would go out by the middle of the month acording to their wrbsite.  However I always have to call and do not receive it until the first or second week of the following month.  Also my phone calls are not being returned.  If I am lucky, I will get emailed a few days later.

Right now I have Deborah Williams of Iam4success for my property manager in Memphis and so far she has been very good.
