My goal is to fix and flip 10-15 homes in 2025. I am a cash buyer in California. I am looking to get into SFR, 2k sq ft, no pool, ARV>$300k. I want to expand my reach into Bakersfield, Fresno, to Sacramento areas. I would also love to do some JV deals, and work with more wholesalers.

Hello Everyone, I am looking for my next investment property in the Fresno CA market. Right now I currently have 2 rental properties, sold my 3rd one and I am looking for my deal to be a fix n flip. I am approved with my lender, I am looking for something 1k-2k sqft, 2bed/2bath, inland fresno, no pool. I want to connect with someone who can point me in the right direction to find my next deal.
