Hi,

A company owns 27 2fam properties (all in Rochester, NY).  Is it possible to package all the properties into one 30yr mortgage?

If not, what options are there to get money out of these properties at a reasonable interest rate?
(property value is between $45k - $80k each, average is around $60k each)

TIA,

Abe

every now and than will come across a service that wont accept it as a cell number but overall great and free.

 So you can use google voice to call the US numbers from out of the country?

Yes, you can.  You can also send/receive sms messages.

Thank you so much!

Even if its a non 1-800 number? Still ok to call?

Did you notice any dropped calls, bad reception with google voice?

When I had it few years ago, I felt like it was not really good... May be it works better now?

Yes, you can call any landline/cell phone number in the US and I've been very impressed with the quality - very rare to have a dropped call.

I will say that I use google voice mostly in my home office while connected to my Wi-Fi network.  I do use it occasionally when I'm away from the office and quality really depends on my cellular data reception.

any recommendations for a good accountant?

@Christopher Schmidt  thank you so much for sharing this info - very helpful.

So I've gathered the following names for management companies (in alphabetical order):

Atlantic property management

@Aqil Dharamsey

Eastman property management

Gallagher property management

Anyone have personal experience (good or bad) with any of the above?

Thanks.

@Ronald Starusnak
thanks for the insight - will keep that in mind and adjust accordingly.
