Post: Prince George, British Columbia Rentals?

Hi Stanley

Prince George is the real deal for cashflow and stability in BC. We have 3 properties with suites in good neighborhoods with great tenants as I have done higher end renos. I have moved back to White Rock last year, however we are continuing to invest in Prince George as the numbers work and I know the area inside out. I will be heading there in September for 2 weeks for our next investment.
