I have a purchase offer on a new construction home that will be a great rental investment. I am concerned about the attic as it has no insulation but rather builder went with thermal insulated plywood with an R 13 rating. This is the 1st time I have come across such and believe the attic will need more insulation. Anyone had any experience with only thermal insulated plywood?

I am working on refinancing my house to free up cash for an investment property.. Long story short credit karma credit scores are higher than standard lenders, its all about which formula to calculate credit scores the lender uses. apparently credit karma isnt even close, to most lenders as my mortgage consultant said they have witness swings as much as 100 points.. Mine swing was 30 points...
