@Jeffrey Masessa. College is a business and it's definitely overated. I'd say if you really want to do real estate go full speed ahead my friend. The fact that you're only 17 and on this forum says a lot. Ambition and drive will carry you far in life no college degree necessary!

I just completed “Investing in rental properties for beginners“ by Lisa Phillips. The book talks about buying rental property in the sub 30k price range. She has a mentoring program  also and I wanted to hear about it from some of the members on this forum. Thanks for the input!
