Thank you Frank. Great advice. What is best way to find real hard money lenders either in my area or regionally. I have limited experience. I am open to listening learn. I want to be prepared when the next opportunity arises.

Can anyone recommend a good hard money lender? I have an auction due in 4 days I just learned about and need some financing options.
