The home was in Adam's County, I should have been more clear with. Appreciate the clarity though! I also thought Westminster didn't have any regulations as to whether it needed to be a primary residence or not?

Hello, I own in Lakewood and was looking to purchase my next property to turn into an STR in Adams county. If the address is in Denver, but has an Adams County zip code is it exempt from Denver's strict regulations?
