Adams county STR Laws

Aaron Kopsa
Posted

Hello, I own in Lakewood and was looking to purchase my next property to turn into an STR in Adams county. If the address is in Denver, but has an Adams County zip code is it exempt from Denver's strict regulations?

@Aaron Kopsa Yes you would be under Unincorporated Adams county which does not currently have any laws that say yes or no to short term rentals. However in 2022 they are planning to pass a new law to allow them!
