Thank you all for the feedback. I think I will start an LLC as I will be purchasing a lot of properties. However, I want to start with wholesaling, as I have very little equity now. After I do get enough equity, I am looking to get into rental properties for passive income.

If anyone is in the area, I would really like to connect with them and simply get some helpful tips and tricks to getting started in wholesaling.

I would also like to ask, should I go with legalzoom for setting an LLC or look for a local attorney to set up my legal entity. I am on the fence with using either one of these.

Again any feedback would be helpful. I am still listening to the BiggerPockets podcast which I find very helpful.

Hello fellow bigger pocket members,

My name is Aaron and I am new to Bigger Pockets.

I have been researching in regards to making money in wholesaling. I have been living in the Montgomery Maryland county for 4 months now and am itching to get into wholesaling. The problem is I really am unsure on how to get started, Should I go to real estate meetings first? Or should I form an LLC and work on getting seller leads?

Any advice or constructive criticism would be great.
