well for me...as I am currently starting out...my biggest hurdle right now is having to go to my "real job" five days a week when I need to be out there meeting people and finding more and more deals. Although, this is a huge motivation for me to get up on my two days off and learn my market and find deals...so in the NEAR future I can find deals full time.

thanks guys......i must say that i have been to and on countless investing sites and forums..and by far biggerpockets exceeds my expectations and all others on the web.....just from browsing i sense biggerpockets has a somewhat REI family feel...where everyone wants to help and encourage anyone and everyone to excel in REI....I love it...
Keep up the good work guys......I will definetly be sticking around.

Sure can...lets see just moved to Amarillo in late July so my fiance could finish her nursing degree...i have been learning my market and reading all i can about investing for alittle over a year..recently done my first deal...i wholesaled a house to aninvestor who does rehabs...and we close on the 17th of October....The deal: tax value on the house is 91k....ARV is approx..95k-105k ...i got a contract for 38k sold it for $4500...it was pretty simple for a first deal...i really expect my second to be a little more difficult...My ultimate goals are to get into rehabs, rental properties..and owc's.

I look forward to meeting you all!
