Regarding my background in investing, it is somewhat limited. I am 25 and only began investing in real estate 2 years ago (although I have been going to seminars and reading books since the age of 17, it was just taking that first step that took a while).
From an academic point of view, I am a grad of UC Santa Barbara with a major in communication and minor in Entrepreneurial studies. From an experience point of view, I had 2 internships in college (merly lynch and smith barney) and shortly after graduating I joined a company out of the East Coast as a project administrator, and 6 months ago I began my position as the Director of Business Development for Capital Consulting Company. I own multiple investment properties in TX that I rent for small cashflow, and am always learning about new investing techniques.
