What would the purchase price and ARV be on the deal.

How soon do you need to close?

There are success stories everywhere but If you can't find one great that means there is room to create your own. NYC is usually more of a long term investment city but there are deals. I know a wholesaler who made 100k after having a property under contract in Brooklyn for less than 24 hours

Also how is your credit score and PFS looking

Typically the lender just wants to see a certain % of cash in reserves and a history of making payments as well as equity in a deal in order to feel comfortable funding (Along with other criteria obviously)
