Pono, Can you give us an example of some land you have acquired and how you've been trying to sell it? Give us details with size, price you acquired it for, market value, how long you've held it etc.
I am starting in this business and that is the one thing that I think could present the biggest challenge to the whole process - being able to move the land quickly and consistently. I know the importance of building a buyers list for this reason and creating relationships with your customers. Maybe your location presents the biggest roadblock to moving the land quickly. Have you tested the market for the area you are picking up land?
