I am starting in this business and that is the one thing that I think could present the biggest challenge to the whole process - being able to move the land quickly and consistently. I know the importance of building a buyers list for this reason and creating relationships with your customers. Maybe your location presents the biggest roadblock to moving the land quickly. Have you tested the market for the area you are picking up land?

Can anyone give some insight on how to liquidate property? I have found that in this niche... Acquiring the land is not all that hard, ( just gotta send out letters... Honestly, people WILL call)

Though, selling the property has been a different issue. Here are just a few of the sites I have tried: BP,CL,landwatch & even EBay.

I know my price point is comparable even lower than closer properties & I even offer financing....any other ideas to move my parcels?
