Hello all, I recently attended my first tax deed auction here in pinellas county fla, and I was wondering if anyone here knows the process as far as obtaining clear title for resell. Thanks in advance.

Hello guys,would anybody happen to know what closing cost would be on 28k cash deal. I'm wholesaling a property to my end buyer who was curious on how much the cost would be. Thanks in advance.

I was just wondering, what type of insurance you guys carry on your rental properties. I'm pretty sure i have a regular homeowners policy on average for the 4 properties i own i pay about 1200 each a year for insurance. Also would you guys suggest escrowing taxes and ins into mortgage pymnt,or paying them seperate.

Good post and answers guys. After reading this about the only thing i have done right is screen tenants, and regular property checks.Luckily i have reserves in the bank but none the less i'm starting to feel the crunch at times.I overpayed for the properties , listening to the wrong people, by the time i knew what was goin on my rehabbs were done but the market had changed . So vi decided to rent and hold until the market came around, the only problem is the market aint coming around no time soon...

thanks for the response guys i'm gonna put in my offer tommorrow. The house was buit in 1963 there should'nt be an issue with chinese drywall am i right ?
