I am a realtor and do bpo's for extra income. I understand that market values are different in different states and the fees to do these bpo's are different. My question to anyone doing bpo's, are we getting paid enough? By the time the report is back in the hands of the bank, bpo and reo companies, the report looks like a full appraisal report, with 6 comp pics and full information on the comps. This type of report would cost $375-650???? We make a small faction of this. Does this sound right? Just thinking, and want to know what others think?

I think the realtors are (all) out for the $$$$ big dollars and don't want to mess with longer drawn out short sales. I AM A REALTOR LIVING IN OHIO. I wish all of you, that had so much trouble with the realtor, live in my state. I would have treated you like royalty. No kidding. Every phone call would have had a return call.
Ask my buyers...I bend over backwards to help.

Usa is a melting pot of people. My grandfather came over here from Ireland in 1912. He gave up his native gaelic and spoke english. It was what you did, when in a new and proud country. If it was good enough for my grandfather it is good enough for me.

If you come to the usa you speak english to communicate.

ProHabber, Thanks for getting back to me. I was asking about become a contractor to do reo/bank properties. To do the trash out part. I don't know what all you need to do/know.
I am a realtor but thought I would look into the other side of things for extra income. I'm sure it is dirty and hard work.

PS. The reo/bank market in my county and others close by is 10% I would guess.

Hello, I would like to ask (anybody) do you do reo (trash outs)? What all do you have to do? I know about having $1 million is general liability insurance. What else do you need to do?
