I have a question I am writing my yellow letter and I have two properties own by the same owner. Do I only send one letter inquiring about the two properties or do I send two separate letter for each property to the same owner with the same mailing address? One property is a MF and the other property is SF (both on the same block by the way). Any suggestions?

Kevin network and find someone who will partner with you. You can find deals and they can bring cash buyers. Just an idea to consider.

What Andy and Ryan is saying is true but that's investing . How would you know this is a good investment or not if you don't invest. Keep doing research Katherine.

Hi Katherine

Far as it being cash flow I think that depends on how you structure the deal. South ruby actually is two blocks in that neighborhood that's split with a couple blocks in between them. The south ruby block I'm referring is ok. I'm not sure of the particular house your looking to invest in but on that block it's people who been living on the block for years and there are new people who constantly come and go. I still go to that block so that's what I have witness. Are there tenants in the house ?
