Hey, Biggerpocke's nation it's me Jonathan Halliday. I have a tip about rehabbing that some may know and some may not know. When you are looking for ideas to do with your kitchen or bathroom for instance, you can go to Lowe's Hardware(might not be available everywhere) and ask them about their 3-D Design software. Which is they will come out to the home site for a fee of between $50-$100, take measurements of the room(s) you want to renovate and give you sketches or a virtual look of what the room could look like. With different angles, layouts, and contemporary designs. This is a real helpful tool. Good luck!

Hey all my fellow investors and real estate connoisseurs. I'm a not entirely new member to BiggerPockets, but just recently started posting topics in the forums. Before that I was listening to the podcasts Josh and his partner put up almost every week it seems like. What I want to come from real estate investing is a solid foundation to lean on after being laid off from a company here in NC I told myself you can't rely on anything anymore as much as you can rely on yourself. So I'm basically putting the ball in my own hands and holding all responsibility for my own actions. Strategies I like are flipping, wholesaling, and owner financing. If there are any BiggerPockets members out there that will be willing to give me insight and advice on topics I discuss, send me a colleague request or look for my name on the forum boards. Thank You.

Ok Bill Gulley I'll like to thank you for your advice and also for your expedited response. So an escrow disbursement and construction oversight will no know how to share to funds across the table to contractors, sub-contractors, earnest money, and etc... Also will be any initial investment to have a escrow disbursements.

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening whenever time you will read this. First I will like to introduce myself, my name is Jonathan Halliday. My link to real estate is that I'm a investor. Q.: My first flip using private lenders(PL) money is coming up, but what I need help with is. Who controls the funds from the PL me, Real Estate Attorney, third-party administrator, or an accountant? And how will the process work. Thanks for anyone who can help me on this subject.
