Best advice from David Greene

You would be surprised how sometimes what you where in need comes from right from the Sky?

I live in Portugal, and at the time i am ready to leave to the US. Real Estate will get me there.

The issue here is: "How can i buy something i have not seen?", Do you know the saying: "When the student is ready the Master will appear?" Enter David Greene. 

The way to get this is using his advice. Ask a bunch of unrelated people, realtors, property managers, contractors and so forth, regarding the best areas for the type of property you are looking for. They don't know each other, so when you start getting answers you can overlap the right ones for you. Streets, A, B, C.
