And so the Games begin

Its been ~110 days since I decided to make my fortune in real-estate and my are things looking up.

Since Day 0 my partners and I have:

-Learned how to accurately analyze Market value
-Learned how to give ball park estimates for repairs... more importantly we've met reputible contractors who can do that for us
-Met dozens of people who are running the same race as us

Most recently I've landed a job with an incredibly successful and savvy investor. All thanks to him I'm building an intimate understanding with the construction process, as well as earning a respectable salary (huge step up from hourly wages at the night club)...

Most of which is going RIGHT BACK into yellow letters.

Things are looking up, the yellow letters will be out on Friday, its just a matter of time before things pick up.

As always, I'll be pressing forward full steam ahead with what i have and what I know.
