Great article discussing 2017's upcoming design trends

Here's a great article that gives some great insight for the top home design trends we will see in 2017.

The biggest trends listed I like and agree with:

1. Contrasting color islands, we've been doing that with multiple clients lately and it's a great look. 2. Built in bars- seems like the natural evolution of the bar car trend. 3.Greige paint colors (gray with more beige undertones)- been preaching this paint trend all year. 4. Black steel and glass showers- love this paired with a white subway tile backsplash for a contemporary look with an industrial twist.
