Are You Struggling To Get Capital For Your Deals?

There are a lot of different ways to get capital to purchase property. As long as you have a good deal you will get capital from somewhere in order to purchase it. Here are three ways to secure capital to purchase a property:

Bank Loans

You may need a high credit score and a higher cash payment but they have cheap terms.

Hard Money Lenders

Interest rates are slightly higher but you have a little more flexibility and lower down payments.

Cash/Equity Partner

This is typically a more expensive option because you have to give up a good bit of equity to bring that partner in. Maybe you don’t need any cash, maybe you work it out with them so that you are doing the heavy lifting and they are providing the cash.

Get creative, there are so many different ways to fund and finance these deals. As long as it’s a good deal - that’s the key!
