FREE Preview of Book

Many who know me think I am serious...and you should be when you become a real estate investor...but I want to be a CREATIVE Real Estate investor to GET MY FIRST DEAL...Previously I let the cat out the bag so to speak...if you forgot you must be getting older...and NOW you can get better.

WOW 199 potential sources were generated when I used for FREE (LOVE that four letter word). Who can Identify with this word HELL which is part of HELL-O. Our straight forward salutation that I use to "greet" someone at a seminar...then you have to think of something say...hopefully it is not the weather.

Well, I remember when I tried insurance sales...many people scattered away like cockroaches in the kitchen scrambling for their lives (the light was turned on). I hope by doing the SERP which Google gives for FREE...that a light is turned on...

Now I maybe short of cash which I call trash (so does Robert Kiyosaki); I know that there is strength in numbers when you do numbers to get numbers...so I am forming a Virtual Cooperative Network to create "quality leads." 

In the process I hope to make my first deal (Still reading BP's blogs (you got to do this; and by educating myself and duplicating other's success is in writing my book with their story and how they got their first deal...soon to be published by iUniverse... FREE preview here). 

If anyone is interested in adding their success story; the book is still in edit format (FREE ad promoting your biz). I could charge money...but I told you I like the word FREE...in exchange for real estate investors to be on board as a committee members to obtain a grant...). In two weeks will be an upgrade (with  the real estate participants from Bigger Pockets geting involved). Go to the web site (under construction) to learn more...

Tell me would a GURU do that? YES for Money...Can you get paid for writing blogs (YOU BETCHA). As someone who is called an Internet marketer; I am here to be your guiding star...the three wise men (actually not only three but a league of many wise men). Where were the women? They were guided to what I believe is the greatest man on earth (but this IS not a sermon).

But ye believers of Google Monster or the Master... that will get you from mediocre to magnificent (opinion); need to do research...go ahead and do the analytics for Google and compare that to Facebook...go ahead make your day...BTW the root word of analytics is anal...yes a term used in Fraudian psychology (incorrect spelling of Freud -- the father of his belief system). Believe me when I say we all have our belief systems...and mine is online marketing (Who care a rat's ___  ___ ___ (fill in the letters here). No need for saying words of the anatomy to get your point across...SO the ball is your court (What?) A useless euphenism that means "Its up to you to do what you do best..." I am just a sounding board...

and No I am NOT a frontman for Google (I would like to be...wouldn't we all). So what IS this blog about "GENERATING LEADS." If you can't win them join them. Yup go to each of those 199 and join them. WHY??? To get hit you got to be in front of the traffic. While attending the seminar before going, I had an epiphany...after I got hit in an accident...but rather than getting angry over something as meaningless as a 2005 dodge sprinter van..I was spared again (thanks's God); the man I hit (yes it was my fault) is a real estate investor from St. Petersburg, FL and he does pre-foreclosures...after the preliminaries of calling our insurance companies and the police (let me tell you that the police in Tampa are really s-l-o-w (One went by even when my sprinter van was stuck in the middle of the road...). YOU do NOT want to be stuck in the middle of the road which is generating leads...YES???

To conclude, you will never know who you will hit, LOL. So the epiphany is "get in front of traffic and get hit a million times (imagine if you charged $1.00 can you say MILLIONAIRE) we are all potential millionaires (read Brandon Turner's blog) and then contact those leads by way of email and form a realationship (purposely spelled incorrect) in their comments saying you are the 'real deal.'" Oh how I hate that blurb that GURU types use... so it is up to YOU. Excuse me while I get into another fender bender... LOL. FYI this strategy works well when looking for your beloved in a supermarket, You really never know who you will meet offline or online -- he/she could be a RE investor or not. If everyone were a realestate investor and everyone were able to find motivated sellers...there would be no challenge...and conflict is what makes people do things (motive).
