Being A Responsible Lender And Borrower

Being a responsible lender and borrower is not just important to maintain a strong relationship between the two parties. There is also a responsibility that both people have in order to benefit people outside of the transaction. If the lender is lending to someone that does not qualify for a project or the borrower is taking on a project they should not, they are risking a foreclosure situation. This is bad for the properties around it as it can devalue a neighborhood. Responsible lending and responsible borrowing are what lead to successful real estate transactions.
