Delaware KW Presentation - Don't Do A Deal To Do A Deal

Many people are eager to do their first deal in real estate and many times will trick themselves on the numbers just to get into the deal. One thing to always remember is that as an investor, we are in this industry to make money. Money comes first which means reduce risk and make a profit. If you are too eager and get into a deal, just to be in a deal, you could lose money and potentially knock yourself out of the business on the first deal. Focus on the numbers first.
