Wealth - What Is It?

It is very common to hear people throw around the term 'wealth' or 'wealthy' with out any real understanding as to what the term means. You actually don't have to be rich to be wealthy. You don't even need a lot of money. Being wealthy is about having enough money to sustain your current lifestyle with out working another day. If I stopped working today and could live on my money for 100 years with out changing my lifestyle, then I would be very wealthy. This really puts in perspective how important it is for most people to live under their means. If you make $1,000,000 per year and spend $1,000,000 per year, you are not as wealthy as someone who make $100,000 per year and lives off of $15,000. Think about how much stress could be relieved if you could set aside enough money to not have to worry about it no matter how much you make. Adjust your lifestyle.
