Pay For A Good Attorney

We are all in the business of hunting for a good deal and there is nothing wrong with that mentality, but we also know that we get what we pay for most of the time. One service that I have always strongly recommended not cutting corners on is an attorney. There are lots of different kinds so I will specifically refer to real estate. I have seen people try to save a few hundred bucks on an eviction in order to get a cost saving attorney and they paid for it when they lost 10x over. Most of the time if someone has used an expensive attorney and they refer their services to you, it is a good lead to have and keep in your pocket for when you need them. A reputable and expensive attorney can be pricey up front but save you tons and tons of money when you need them.
