Marketing in real estate is not like marketing that most people think of.  We are not in the business of SuperBowl advertising or national commercials.  Most of us are 'backyard' marketers.  This is a homegrown marketing concept.  People have to be in tune with their community and industry locally.  They don't have large budgets and they still need to drive results.  The key to becoming dominant in your local market is by being every all the time.  If you watched the prior video on mailers, it is all about your marketing message being at the right place at the right time.
