Hard Money Bankers - The Power Of Networking

Networking events in real estate have always been around.  Everyone seems to be there with a different agenda.  It is very important to determine your intentions for going to a networking event before going.  You need to do this in order to get the most out of your time.  You will find that 90% of the people at the events will not be able to provide you with the connections you are probably searching for.  On the flip side, there are about 10% of the people there that will.  You need to be consistent in showing up to networking events to identify the people that align with your goals.  It does not mean to not socialize and network with everyone else, but you must be able to identify who you are trying to meet by going to the events and make sure you do.
