More Online presence work.

I am still working  on SEO for my sellers site. It is strange. My site does not have a very authoritative DA or PA but I am definitely present on page one on google. I get about  4 to 12 visits daily, and I am starting to see more and more opt-ins on my forms. Obviously that is nothing impressive, but factor in that only a little over a month ago did I start to work seriously on SEO!

My partner Dixie, the beautiful fitness instructor and graphics designer came to CT for a visit. So I took advantage of her looks and well...  yeah.. shamelessly used her figure and pretty face to attract traffic. Hey, in marketing all is fair right?

So all my SEO efforts are working. There is no friggin doubt! I just found out though that what I have been doing things slightly wrong. So I need to redo a whole lot of work  which really makes me depressed. But knowing it is working makes me feel more motivated.

You know what is odd though? I have not touched my other 1839274 sites like this one, and that one at all and they are starting to rank, even higher than my main site sometimes?! the the freckles?!

My cash buyer site also started to be on fire. I am getting regular opt ins and not sure where they are coming from. I have done some craigslist marketing and I suspect that is where most are coming from. Either way... I definitely need a minion to help me do this. I just have no time to do it all myself.

I did interlink my sites together so maybe that is why.

In case newbies are following along or will eventually follow this blog along when I am filthy and stuck up  (short for filthy rich and stuck up famous) let me tell you what my next steps are.

I am receiving phone calls here and there from people that somehow found me asking me to buy their houses. As that IS the point and reason why I am doing all this, it is getting a bit annoying because I have to stop what I am doing with my SEO work, and focus on their needs. For me it is so difficult to just stop in the middle of something. And I am always in the middle of something as I am obsessively nurturing my sites.

So next step is finish my current SEO tasks and start focusing back on Direct Mail marketing.

Why

Simple.

I am closing my second deal and I am expecting a small chuck of money WHICH btw will spend most of it immediately on direct mail marketing and other means to get more deals.

If there is one thing you should know by now is that it is a numbers game.

Usually people start thinking about scaling up way down the line. But why wait? All you need is knowing what ever you are doing works. And I think I proved myself that.

I made a huge mistake the first deal and still managed to get 14K out of it. I am ashamed to say I made an even bigger mistake this second deal, and I hope to still get a small payday out of it. Closing end of this month so I hope it all works out. One thing is for sure, this is the LAST tie I make a mistake! The friggin LAST dang time!

After this pay check, I am going at it no mercy no room for doubts and no hesitation. It will be all or nothing.

Nervous and excited.

After august, things will get very interesting.
