So Here I am minding my own business this morning and...

... the phone rings.

In my sleepy voice I say "WHAT!"

This old man tells me "hi I received a card.. blah blah blah". I am thinking... "What?? the last card I sent out was like 4 months ago... so I think.. he is not very motivated probably...

He goes on.. I am DONE, TIRED I want to sell my house and I don't care if it is for cheap.

So I go... " well HELLO SHUGAH.. I am Jerryll How YOU doin :)))"  [yes with the big ass smile]

The guy has a hearing device that does NOT work. what? Huh? repeat that please?  on top of that he is FUNNNNYYYY as hell.

We make jokes start laughing, tell him dude you are hilarious.. he laughs, makes fun of my accent a little I laugh.. we are best best bruh's as if we takled the NAZI's togetther during WWII

OK so I want to tell you something really awesome about all this but as of now I can't. I know there are spies here and any more info may jeopardise this potential deal ..

All I need to do I be smooth now, and have them somehow visit my site, especially the about us section and seal in the trust!
