Wholesaling my second contract

Today I put my contract on the market. A very long story short, filled with stress headaches mistakes wrong calculations, I got some good news.

I had 3 hits on the house. One lady, a realtor, wants the house and she valued my honesty. She met me at the house and she is very interested. She will have her cash buyer.

A second lady was interested. She called and asked me all kinds of questions about the house including my wholesale fee. I was a bit upset at this question. I didn't ask her for her bra size, so why asking me how much I am making? y profits do not in any way change the deal I am presenting to you. But alas, I will smile and answer her. She will see the house tomorrow.

Then I had a very interesting thing happen to me.

I got a hit on my cash buyer site. It was a gentleman that suffered a stroke. He had to sign all his properties over to the bank. Now he is at a stage in his life where he wants to built up again and he has the funds to start his portfolio all over again.

I immediately wrote him a message telling him that he is the epiphany of strength, perseverance, and he should be admired! I told him (through email) to take a look at my about us page, as I think he will like it. Stroke patients have a great deal of rehabbing to endure.

Today he called me. He had such a hard time talking (because of the stroke). He couldn't speak for a year and now he is in speech therapy. He was bewildered, happy as a child amazed and completely excited. It took about a minute before he could finish a few words. He was struggling. He felt ashamed he couldn't talk, just to say thank you for the work we are doing. He got frustrated, because he couldn't finish a simple word, thinking I would be impatient.

I parked my car (I was driving) and just sat at the side of the road patiently waiting for him to finish his sentence and I thanked him kindly and told him it was such an honour for him to call me up (I know it took a lot of effort and determination for him to do so), and I sat there for what must have been 40 minutes just listening to him being thankful.

We investors get a lot of angry calls... but this time the call was appreciative. He wanted to buy the property over the phone without him even looking at it. Of course I refused. I insisted he come take a look at it. So I will meat him tomorrow at the property.

Simple things like speech we take for granted...

Today was a good day.

In other news, I am starting to get a lot of attention on distressed homeowner seller site. I got a hit today that opted in, and I got one 3 days ago, and last week I got 2 in a row.

Ranking first on google is important but that alone will not get you conversion. Your site has to be be optimized for conversion as well. I think I am starting to get thee.

I have done so much testing, trial and errors.. but the countless hours are paying off.

I am starting to get conversions. It is so important to have your pipeline full. As I have not sent a postcard out for months, I am now heavily relying on my sites to get leads. But I will start marketing again after I sell this contract. I HOPE I get to sell it. This deal was a nightmare. I will tell the story after I sell it. 

I am sure you can feel the lack of energy I have. There is a good reason for this. But not now..
