Merry Christmas

So after a decent Christmas meal offshore, we are back to work. I am still waking up every few hours for welds so I haven't had much time for real estate. I have begun reading The Book on Flipping Houses by J Scott so I am doing something. I also plan on reading What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow... And 36 Other Key Financial Measures next when we actually get on our way. I think the latest is a Sunday morning sail date. Once we are on the way, I will have nothing but time.

The guy I have been discussing real estate with spoke to his girlfriend about me. Between the two of them they own 12 houses. After he spoke to his girl about me, he told me they have interest in sitting down with me about a potential partnership. I think that is great. They are established and I am just starting and they are interested. I like the idea of partnering with people along with working on some things on my own. BP always says that a part of a deal that is real is better than 100% of a non deal. 

Merry Christmas to everyone. Remember there are people that don't get to spend it with their loved ones, so make sure you make the most of it, be good to each other and help those who are less fortunate. It is the real reason for the season.
