Eyes on the Ground

In a few days, my postcards and stamps will be in Mobile, AL with me and I'm starting to wonder if wholesaling while not being home is possible. I did a little research on the BP forums and everything I read is not in favor of it. Not being established, I figure I have a few options.

Option 1) Hire a friend in Houston to go and take pictures of the houses I would have to look at myself if I were home. I have a couple possibilities and I would pay them a per house fee. Something like 50 dollars for them to meet with the owner of the house, take some pictures and relay the information to me.

Option 2) Hire a stranger. I could put an ad on Craigslist and accomplish the same thing as Option 1, but I figure it would be a hit or miss. I would prefer someone I actually know and trust.

Option 3) Partner up with someone through BP. This would be more costly but only if I would get a deal out of it. Could be frustrating for the partner if nothing ever solidifies and there's the trust thing again. But I'm sure there are many want to be wholesalers on BP who don't have the financial backing I have that might do it.

I have an email in to my mentor asking what he thinks would be the best course of action. I'm leaning towards Option 1. I just want to be prepared if I get a call from my mail marketing campaign.
