It's Sunday. I am sitting at work and I am sick. My motivation is about zero so I'm taking a break from my real estate course and going to focus on designing my postcard mailers, my business plan (maybe) and Sunday Football (most important).

Completed Units 7-12 Texas Real Estate Principles II.
Signed, notarized and mailed off my DBA.
