Slow Your Roll Simon

The more and more a plan forms in my head, the more excited I'm getting about this whole thing. The problem is that I need to slow myself down.

What I mean is I don't need to go out and purchase a property or find a partner (if that's necessary) right this minute. Along with my real estate course, my researching and my reading; the first thing that needs to be done is to have a written business plan. With all the real estate investing options I need to find a direction and a focus. I've written business plans in the past and I find them a great tool. They give you something to go back to and read whenever you lose focus. They outline your path and your goals and can get you back on track.

Completed tasks from yesterday:
Finished Texas Real Estate Principles I and passed the test
Finished Chapter 8 of the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing by BP
One Forum Post Airbnb vs Rental
Listened to BiggerPockets' Podcasts 30 and 32
Listened to @Michael Boyer's interview on a podcast on rentals

Hope everyone is having a great day!
