My Days Are Long and My Job is Slow

My job is pretty undemanding. Oil companies hire me to make sure the contractors they hire to build and install a pipeline do the job correctly. I basically sit and watch someone work and make sure they are following procedures. So with all my downtime I can get a lot done on my list to move into a real estate investment career. So here's my typical day while I'm on a job.

3:30am - wake up
4:00am-5:00am - gym
6:15am-6:00pm - Work

During work today:
I got 2 units done on my real estate online course.
Listened to 3 podcasts

After work:
Finished chapter 7 of the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing by BP
Completed 1 more unit on my online real estate course.

Tomorrow will be more of the same. Got to keep up the momentum.
